There was screening call, then an online assessment. Then 2 rounds of interviews. Everything was great, very communicative all the way through. Final interview went great, they gave clear directions on when to hear back about the decision and how to follow up. And then just ghosted. Very unprofessional

The interview process was quick and straightforward with no weird hang ups. It was made up of an initial screening call with the recruiter. This was followed by a couple of proficiency tests online.The final step was to meet in person with the hiring manager before.
