Applied online. Weeks later received an email to book an initial phone review. First available time was over a month out. Phone screen with recruiter was simple took about 15 minutes. First interview with team management was pleasant with them being genuinely interested to discuss my experience and the position. Second interview was a tech interview with two developers who were disinterested and clearly didn't want to be there with unrealistic expectations of people being able to recall obscure syntax for minor systems in Salesforce from memory and write it into Notepad. When presented with solutions using optimal use of tools available asked to write less optimal ones to kill time in the interview. No discussion of any other topics just ask if I had any questions and left without much of any conversation.
