I applied on campus after a career fair. The first round was an average behavioral interview with some slight tricky questions but not too many. I then was invited to a second round in their headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. There were 3 interviews with different members of the ES team and a tour of the facility. I was a sophomore at the time and recruiting during the spring semester and was not extended an offer. It was a good experience though.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I secured the interview through campus recruiting. It started with a campus interview with two campus recruiters. The questions were pretty straightforward and it lasted about 45 mins. At that point I received a call for a second round at the headquarters in Lake forest. I had one interview with 3 different managers of 3 different teams which lasted about 1.5 hours.
