7 behavioral questions, going over job history and over the job description. It was about an hour long, interviewed with 2 interviewers and discussed my background history and my reasoning for why I want to work at Grainger.

I was first contacted by phone by the recruiter, they contacted me very quickly and continued contact through the whole process. I then did a phone interview with the recruiter, and got a phone call a couple days later asking for an in person interview. The interview was conducted at the Janesville WI location by two interviewers. The same day I got a call with a job offer. After there was the drug test & background test which took about a week.
