You apply through an online application. If they like your resume then they will add you as a tutor without even interviewing you prior. However they do have a background check.
It was a straightforward simple process. They asked a few questions and I got the job. It was over the phone and the process was quick. I was hired within a week.

Entretien
For me this interview was straight and straight-forward. Paul is a great coordinator now has helped me personally teach many students in many different subjects from middle school to college students.
Easy and straightforward process, recruiting process was very comfortable as they were very friendly and amicable. Looking forward to working there and seeing how the job actually plays out. Will update with more information, currently researching however to be able to see other reviews I have to post one :/
