Series of short interviews via Zoon (during Covid times) with multiple team members. Generally casual, relaxed and friendly in tone. They will generally go over your CV on the call and have you speak a bit about each place you have worked, gone to school and /or volunteered. You will be asked what interests you about the position and why you think you might be a good fit for the team. They also describe their work culture and typical work day expectations for you, to help you (interviewee) gauge whether it's an appropriate fit.

It was beneficial to work with a recruiter. They were already informed with my background and expertise. I did not interview with anyone I was ultimately working with, only the HR team.
