Initial skills test which was in the form of an online game. Then a video interview with standard skills-based questions with 2 minutes preparation time and one minute to answer. This was followed by an assessment centre, which included a group presentation exercise, proof-reading and an interview with a partner and a HR member.

Initial written application with three 250-500 word questions followed by online games assessment. After passing the games assessment then you get invited to the video interview which you complete in your own time
