I've never had an experience like this in my entire life. When I arrived for the interview, the manager was 45 minutes late. As soon as we finally met, before the interview even began, he looked me up and down and asked, “Are you living in Canada with a working permit or what visa?” I was born and raised in Canada, and while my English is fluent, it was clear to me that his question was based on racial assumptions. It was both inappropriate and offensive. Throughout the interview, there were several moments where the manager made me feel uncomfortable. One that stands out was when he repeatedly glanced at my resume and made condescending remarks about my background and experiences. I’ve never encountered such behavior in Canada, a country known for its diversity and inclusivity. As a proud Canadian, I am deeply disappointed that someone would treat another person this way based on their appearance. This experience was truly disheartening.

I had a meeting with president and hr director. They were friendly and really informative. Seems they are happy to work in GFS for a long time. Interesting place to work

Interview process was layered and long. They definitely take their time to get to know their candidate and see if it is a good fit. I met with 4 different tiers of management before I was given an offer. It took a little over a month from start to finish.
