Entretien
The recruiter calls and sets up a phone interview. During the phone interview you are asked behavioral based questions. You then set up a in person interview with the District manager and Store Manager. Same type of questions. If you do well you interview with the Division Manager. After the 3 interviews they score you and determine the best candidate.

Entretien
The interview process was very long. I happened to get an email stating the companies interest in me. The next week I got my first of two phone interviews. A week later I got the second interview over the phone. About two weeks later I had a long interview with the store manager and the Dm. I believe the whole interview process was about a month long.
