First round was a phone interview with an internal recruiter. They asked many questions about my Resume and qualifications, they also gave me the opportunity to ask for more info regarding the position. The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager. They asked a series of scripted questions following the SARs format and documented my responses. After that I was able to have a more casual conversation about the role and ask plenty of questions.
