The entire process took roughly a month-and-a-half:
0) Pre-screen survey. They ask about background, interview availability, and a couple of behavioral questions.
1) Written assignment. A very engaging prompt concerning how you would go about improving a particular metric.
2) Onsite. 3, 30 min interviews with PMs/senior PMs around UX design, analytics, product execution, and behavioral questions.
