As long as you are prepared it's not too bad. The person I was interviewed by was very nice. Though, that doesn't mean they'll select you since a lot of people apply to them it seems.

Question 1
Instead of, "tell me about yourself?" They'll ask you to talk about yourself for 2 minutes or, "a few minutes," without specifying.
Another one is, "What was the best customer service you've ever given." They might word it funny and be like, "What is the best customer service you had," though.
