A recruiter contacted me saying he received my resume from another Googler. We scheduled a call for two weeks after the initial Email. I got a call from a recruiter who is in Dublin, Was very friendly, Asked about my job and my current experience to see if it lines up with what they were looking for, challenges in my current job and some analytical questions. The call lasted an hour, after which he told me that he would like to schedule an interview with a team member. The call with the team member happened about a month after my first call. A member from the team called, a very nice guy the call was more focused on google ads and my experience with it. Two days after i received a call from the recruiter again, called to let me know they will not be moving forward with me. Overall a very nice experience, abit disappointed that they decided not to move forward with me, but very much appreciated the time and certainly gained some experience from it moving forward.

The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
