Most of the time you won't be selected although you have all the right skills just because of their interview processes. The person who is taking interview has no idea about what to look for. They have some pre set questions and ask those questions, while the candidate replies, they type those answers as they have to provide feedback. So these interviewers don't even try to listen, rather than they work as a type writer. It was a big waste of time!
