Mostly outsourced to agencies. Feels kind of strange. Like they do not really care to get to know you. Cannot remember many other details. You spend a lot of time waiting for the recruiting agent to bring you some updates

Simplified process, we didn't move forward because I have a profile in sales, technology, services and not client project management. I found their approach interesting, but I think they could have saved this stage if they had been more objective in their selection process

The interviewer was very kind, and we talked with a focus on sharing and capturing my main experiences, but as we didn't progress to a technical interview the questions were more basic about talking about my career in general.

Standard google interview process...multiple rounds. The last 3 round for me was onsite...but the interviewers were virtual. They kept changing the interview room I was supposed to be in and that caused delays in me attending interviews and I believe one of the interviewers may have dinked me becos of this issue
