Organized. Went through 4 rounds of interview. HR, 2 Marketing Directors, Commercial Excellence Director, Managing Director. The interview process was smooth and their leaders are nice but mostly new in the company. I was considered for various post and I felt they liked me. Just didn't end up with an offer. My theory is that my asking might be too high for their budget.
