Phone interview, zoom interview, information session. Phone interview was about Very good communication throughout the process. Information session was with other people and had several people from the company on the zoom call.

Entretien
Initial interview via Zoom is convenient, there is a vetting process digitally, whereby you submit managerial references for their email feedback. Then there is a second level of interview covering more detail, then a third offering the position. It is 100% commission and due to billing it can take several months to see income.

So far so good. Quick response via email and from the internal recruitment team, lots of information offered upfront. Seems transparent. Zoom interview has been scheduled and I feel prepared
