Initial phone screening and then in person interview. Interview asked questions of my experiences. Also informed me of the challenges of the job. Thought interview went well and was told a few days to know whether I would be hired or not. Simply ghksted instead.

An even balance of casual and professional. The hiring manager didn't seem too concerned and allowed for plenty of time to both answer and ask questions. It didn't feel intimidating but having thoughtful answers to the questions regarding the company were received positively.
