not a very tough interview......getting through campus interview was not very tough...they take some lateral entry also...normal questions will be asked...basically they want somebody who can slog in a rural setup...

Simple n non technical. But be prepared to answer, why u want to join goodricke tea only. Be confident and calm. Personal interview took around 15 mins for me .
