J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Goodpatch (Tokyo) en mai 2020
Entretien
interviewed with 2 designers
Was asked to describe one of my projects.
Was asked about usability testing experience. I told them I did not have that much at the time.
I was solely rejected for this reason. User interviews are not hard to do and not hard to learn how to do.
Seems like, if you don't hit everything on their checklist, then you're out.
Very Japanese mindset and thinking.
The interviewers didn't seem intelligent or creative at all.
Apparently, they don't believe individuals have the ability to learn or grow.
Doing user interviews doesn't require a Bachelors degree.
They scheduled an interview after a spontane application, as they have a lot of client leads, so they already wan to start the process. The second round was a big challenge, somehting they could sell then. They did not care when I was free and I got less than half of the extension i asked, and when I presented to them, they told me they jut need someone in 6 months. What’s wrong with such people??? Zero respect and transparency for candidates and their lives and their work!!
