Called by Goodman staffing and asked pertinent questions regarding experience and set up the interview with the client. Followup after the interview was standard and I was placed. Decision by AT&T was rather quick.

Experience in doing the work required for the position and Microsoft Office SW skills. Discussed the needs and challenges they had and what needed to be accomplished first. Met with others on the team just to be introduced no additional interviewing by the direct reports of the manager doing the hiring.
