First, they contact me by linkedin. After that, in 3 days they call me for a personal interview. Ater that they send me a technial test where I only have two hours to answer. The test is very simple where they ask to you game question and programming language question. Then two weeks later, they contact to you for a Skype Interview where you explain your CV and your answer in your test. One week later they told you if you get the job. In my case, my english was not good enough for keep the job.

- Offline video interview via their automatic system
- Skype
- Skype again
And then invitation on-site. With just the same questions as in skype before (what? that was weird).
All these took really a lot of time.
Then received rejection with general feedback.
My point of view - avoid this company, since they just cannot manage hiring process and unable to give ANY feedback. Waste of time

A recruiter contacted me through Linkedin. Had to complete a automated test online, Then sat down to a skype call with HR, tech lead, and recruiter. It was a straightforward back and forth. The atmosphere felt relaxed and calm while keeping professional. I lasted for about 45 minutes to an hour. Most of the questions were about personality and professionalism.
