Bring a complete online application as well as your resume, and specific availability (I made a table on Microsoft Word), even if they don't ask you to. The manager was very impressed and happy with me so the interview started on a good note. She also explained a lot about the job and only asked me a couple of questions.

Simple interview in one sitting. Like a typical cafe, the interview will be conducted at one seat in the store. In my case it was a one-on-one interview. There were no special questions, but the will to do it was emphasized rather than experience. However, this case may vary depending on the store or manager.
