I applied for the position and was quickly contacted by Gong's recruiting team. They were very welcoming and enthusiastic throughout the hiring process. I have never had a candidate experience like the one I had with Gong. Eric and Liz were my two initial interviewers. They fast tracked me through the screening process to speak with the CPO and scheduled an on-site interview moments after they got the green light from the CPO. I received a warm welcome once I arrived for my on-site interview. I interviewed with three people and was offered the role on the spot. Gong has a very special team. I felt valued throughout the process. Gong is a truly unique company and I became a raving fan from my first conversation with Liz. I accepted their offer and am a proud Gongster!

Interviewing with Gong was TOP NOTCH. From the first touch with Carolyn Dorricott to having Jonathan Garner having my back the entire time answering all of my ridiculous questions to Kiana Evans setting an example for recruiting coordination at Gong. Overall it was extremely efficient and every person I interacted with provided a level of energy that made something so daunting (interviewing) extremely enjoyable.
