The interview process was straightforward and moved surprisingly quickly. I had two initial conversations followed by a round of three interviews. The three interviews included individuals who would be peers as well as the hiring manager, which gave great exposure to the the larger team, and really helped provide a feel for the culture there at the company. Perhaps most impressive was the responsiveness and support provided by the internal recruiter, Austin King. In all my experience interviewing, I have not had a better or more enjoyable experience than with Austin and the Gong team.
