I had an interview with the assistant manager, then after that I got one with the general manager. The whole process took a month. He asked general questions. It sometimes goes into interests outside of golf.

Basic questions, was asked customer service based questions and situational based questions. 2 rounds approximately 15 minutes each. manager was understanding and flexible. had a great time working there

one on one questions between you and the manager of the store, sometimes the assistant manager is also there. also gives you a tour or the store . contacted me in about a week after with the result from the interview
