I was invited initially to an interview with the managing director Dan. This was just mainly initial questioning as to my motivations and applicablility to work at Goldstream. Upon success in this I undertook an observation day with Tan, an assistant manager. This consisted of a skills test and days worth of activities and challenges designed to discover if I was suitable for the job. This then concluded with a second short interview with Dan.

The interview process was beyond compare to any interview I've ever done. The manager who took me out for my observations and interview process dos an excellent job. All the tasks involved in the interview was created to make sure that the company was able to get the best out of someone, and to test the capability of every potential employee. The interview process in my opinion was exceptional in every aspect and made me want to work for the company even more.
