J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Goldman Sachs
Entretien
The first round was a phone interview with a VP in Product Control. It went really well & it only lasted 20 minutes instead of the usual 30, with about 5+ minutes of my own questions that I asked him. He asked me Why Goldman Sachs, what makes a culture inclusive & tell me about a recent event that's sparking your interest. 3 days later, I got invited to the Super Day in Jersey City.
The Super Day consisted of 2 30-minute back to back interviews. Each of the interviews are supposed to be a 2 on 1 style but I got lucky and I had a 1 on 1 interview for one of my interviews. The interviews weren't really hard & all the questions I got asked were behavioral. I got asked Why Goldman Sachs, go over your resume, talk about a recent event in the markets, what is Product Control. Once again I thought the interviews went amazingly for me. If you really prepare, which I did, then you should be fine. I would suggest going over accounting principles such as the 3 financial statements & understanding what Product Control does. Even though they didn't ask me I think it's better to be over prepared.
The only bad thing about the whole process was how long it took to get updates on my candidacy. After the Super Day they told us we'd get an update in a week. 2 weeks after the Super Day I sent an email asking for an update which I didn't get. I got a phone call asking me about my graduation date & work status and I was then told I as going to hear back shortly. A week after that, after emailing again, I finally got an official update that I was wait listed but that I'd get an official yes or no before the holidays. I waited and once again I got no update. I once again had to send an email near the end of December & I finally got a call back a day ago about an offer. By the time of the official offer date I had thought they had completely forgot about me & wasn't expecting any update given my previous experiences. Although I'm really happy to join the firm, I was really let down by hiring experience just because of the lack of contact that HR promised.

Two separate Zoom interviews back to back ~30 min each. One with VP. Other one with a manager and a senior associate. Questions weren't extremely technical. Lots of behavioral questions and some questions asking me to expand on certain experiences on resume.

Sent Hirevue 4 weeks after applying. After completing Hirevue, received second round invitation email, but no link, 4 weeks later. Did not complete second round. A few weeks later, received third round superday invitation and link. Completed superday then got an offer 2 weeks later. Overall the process took forever for no reason
