The HR screener sounded bored and annoyed throughout the whole call. He asked a lot of questions that made it obvious that he hadn't looked at my resume and most of them were "how many years experience in xxx?" At the end he said "thank you I'll pass your resume to the hiring manager for him to review and let you know within 24 hours" but I got the automated rejection e-mail less than 10 minutes after the call. Rude!
