We welcome all feedback and we appreciate your review.
We are really confused about your experience. We endeavour to complete all appointments on time, however this is not always possible. However, you have stated that you were made to wait for 4 hours which is extremely unusual. We have never had an interview run that late so we're not sure if that is a typo on your behalf.
We Operate a three stage interview process, the first of which is a brief and informal chat to allow us to meet candidates in person and get to assess their personality. This should have been explained on the phone, however we apologise if this wasn’t communicated.
We work with lots of young and excited people so the volume level can get loud and we recgonise this type of environment is not suited to everyone.
It’s evident this wasn’t the right fit for you and we would like to wish you the best of luck in your job search.
