Interview consisted of 5 rounds totally Round 1: Offline assignment A problem is sent across and you are asked to solve the problem using the best practices in coding Round 2: Code pairing If Round 1 is cleared, you are called to the office and made to pair program with one of the go-jek developers. The pairing would be on an extension to the given problem. Round 3: Tech Round 1 1) You would be asked in depth about the project you are working on. Mostly on why the chosen design decisions were taken and why a library or a framework is used in the architecture (example- why did you choose rabbitmq? what are the alternatives? and did you really need it..?) Also about your ideas on how to better the system. 2) Design a payTM Round 4: Tech Round 2 1) Design Swiggy 2) Algorithms Round 5: Bar Raiser This is to check if you fit into the ecosystem of Go-Jek. Mostly questions on your passion, what you expect out of a job etc. If you clear all the above said rounds, the last one is salary discussion. I had an amazing experience in Go-Jek, the HRs were quite responsive and open to answering questions anytime during the process.
