Got contacted my a friendly girl on the phone where we discussed shortly about my experience. She then put me through to stage 2 meeting face to face. I went to the office very positive. I was told that 2 people will join the meeting. When i arrived they were late. Then 3 people came in to the room. They had the wrong CV in front of them. Someone had been deleting job descriptions from my CV so they seemed very confused and i was wondering how come they have that cv that by the way was printed out completely obliquely and the text was all over the place. I had not given them that CV. Then we went through my job experience. And after describing the job role year by year one of them started to laugh at my face saying "oh you only have 1,5 years experience..i wonder when you are going to stay longer..oh i have worked here 7 years" with a very rude tone. And this man was in his 40ties and i am in my 20ties. I found it very rude. We went over my 6 jobs that i have had over the past 10 years and one suddenly said laughing again at my face " you have had so many jobs i cant keep count on them". They asked me how my different roles was and then suddenly another older man came in the meeting. I think this might been the CEO. Well he came in unexpected and asked me the same questions i just had answered. I told them i have just explained this but i am happy to fill him in. I explained about my experience as a costumer service rep and they seem to have it hard to understand such role. Then in the end we went into related questions about sales, kpi's , how i would reach out to costumers. How i would target costumers. Under the whole interview they all acted like they were trying to put me down as a person and laugh at my face. I am very proud of who i am and what i have been working with and i have taken each role with big responsibility and have enjoyed it. I came to the company with positiv thoughts and left with a very negative view of the company. They made me think that these are not the kind of people i wish to work for. The product is great but they showed a very bad side of them self. After a few hours they called back saying they want to offer me a role. I declined and i did that because they didnt show any interest in me during the interview and they tried to laugh at my face and i find that very disrespectful. I will not recommend this company to anyone as the management that interviewed me is the face of the company and they also lead the teams. Its a pitty as it has potential to be great but they are using the wrong method on the interviews. You can test people with the "good cop , bad cop" idea however they crossed the line.
Hello - Thank you for your feedback on our interview process. Your experience is not one we condone. We escalated your review internally to be resolved.

There was a first call with recruiter and then 3 rounds of interviews with 3 sales managers per round. The final call included a presentation I had to prepare and the head of sales was present on the call. It was a good way to meet a good amount of the sales leadership team
