I applied online. I got a quick 15 minute phone call with the recruiter to talk about my experiences. Nothing technical; mostly stuff from my resume. Then was asked to come in for an on-site. Again not a technical interview; just more in depth questions about past experiences / courses taken. Met with a few potential peers to get a feel for the company. Then got an email with the offer
