HR was nice, the actual second interview was carried out in a very mediocre way. They seemed like they didn’t want to offer me the experience listed in the job description of the internship I applied to, and wanted me to do proofreading instead.

Entretien
Applied online, did a phone screen, spoke with one member of the team. Both HR and team member were very nice, engaged, etc. Did not hear back until I prompted the HR member with information that I had another offer deadline and needed to know. She drew out the process of telling me whether I got the job and after emailing back and forth called to say I did not.

Entretien
I had three interviews - a general interview, and two technical interviews. The interviews are not too formal. At the first interview, I introduced myself and answered questions about my work and about how I get interested in their company. I talked to three engineers for technical interviews and they asked similar questions about required knowledge and skills for their work.
