Brought in as a group to partake in team building exercises, then pulled aside 1 by 1 for interview. Had response by the next afternoon. Staff were all extremely friendly and funny - lovely environment!

Group interview consisting of between 15 to 30 applicants, including both group activities to ascertain personality and demeanour, as well as individual interview where questions such as previous experience and availability are asked.
