After applying you are invited to an initial video interview which is a one sided process (questions appear on screen you have 30 seconds to prepare and then your response is recorded)
After this around a week later i was invited to choose an in-person interview slot.

Entretien
You had to submit a virtual interview with automated questions. Then, you were selected for an in person interview. The in person interview was pretty starboard, but I remember one of the interviewers asked me how I would approach different groups of customers, depending on their beauty needs (which caught me off guard).

Entretien
It was a very informal interview. Two women were in the room, and both were taking notes on computers throughout the process. The interview lasted around ten to fifteen minutes.
