Entretien
First round was a telephonic interview, which covers basic programming skills in C++ and then within one week second round was scheduled on Skype with 3 team leads which was again based on programming and questions on previous experience. Third was an onsite interview, paper test which includes questions like "what is the expected output?" or "write XXX program?" and few questions on database.

Entretien
In the first stage, there will be a skype meeting with a manager. mostly conversations, easy problems, the second stage with a team, again skype meeting, data structure and few problems, the third stage will probably be a coding exam. The interviewers are very amicable at both stages. However, they will not even inform you if you are not selected. You have to wait and eventually you have to figure out yourself that you are not selected. I am not sure whether it is a good practice. The funny part is that at second stage the interviewer clearly mentioned that they will inform the result (yes/ no) within 2/3 days. However, as previously mentioned, they don't.

Pre-screening included projects which I had and was working on. Languages used in these projects. First round of Skype interview of 45 mins with manager. Second round of Skype interview of 90 mins with a panel of 3.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
First round was on my background and few simple C++ questions. Second round was on difference between C++ and Java. Basics of Java. A program on sorting technique.
The panel consisted of 3 developers with one Indian. One of the developer was chewing gum all through and I felt he was not even interested in taking the interview. The Indian guy was faking american accent and couldn't understand some of his questions. The third person's questions were precise and bit out-of-box.
