There are typically two interview rounds:
First Round (HR): A straightforward introduction session to get to know you better and understand your background as well as the position applied for.
Second Round (Direct Manager): This involves both English and Mandarin, as the company primarily serves Chinese clients. Each manager may have different recruitment criteria. For the SG department specifically, the expectation leans more towards strong conversational and administrative skills, as the role often requires assisting consultants with pre-sales consulting and supporting deal closures.

Entretien
The interview process began with an online interview with HR, where they provided an overview of the job description and company background. It was a group interview, conducted alongside another candidate applying for the same position. The initial part of the interview was in English, followed by a Q&A session in Mandarin, though the majority of the conversation remained in English. Despite completing the interview, there was no follow-up or update from the company afterward.
