I was contacted by two recruiters via LinkedIn, both sent me a different link but it was the same position. The requirements were rather too demanding for such position (e.g. project management skills 2+ yrs). Very nice and interesting offer and recruiters were also very responsive. Then two short calls with these recruiters about the position and my questions, after that a call with the company they were outsourcing (50 mins) - 3 people. I got an offer two days later. There were no behavioural questions but they need a friendly and flexible people.

the first interview with the company was quite easy since i had been recruited. the interview with the client was a 45 minute phone interview that was a bit more tough.
