There are multiple stages to the interview process including getting finger printed per state requires to have an insurance license. They also do a first interview and then explain the company further. If you are contacted you get a second interview scheduled

Entretien
I got approached on LinkedIn then did a phone call. Then got a zoom type of interview. It is pretty much a fluffed up health insurance sales role and I guess they put fake titles to reel in candidates

Question 1
Nothing crazy, pretty much stuff like are you a hard worker and etc. They kind of ensure you are a good to decent employee and getting your hopes up for a position you think you applied for. Just to get pushed onto the next round and have the first 15 minutes wasted of fluff and then you see the compensation which is all commission.
