Initially a recruiter reached out to me and wanted to schedule an interview for the very next day. I spoke to the hiring manager on the phone directly and asked specifically if the role was for a management/supervisor level role and they confirmed it was. I asked if this was primarily a commision role and they said it wasnt but there was a level of bonus/commission in their compensation. Upon arriving I was brought into a conference room with 20 other applicants and pitched a direct insurance sales role. My advertised role wasnt spoken of. When I asked if I was in the right room for the mentioned position they said I would hired for sales and reviewed for management within a few months. Overall complete bait and switch. Dont recommend.
