It was a video call to what a presentation about the company and pay structure. They didn't ask you questions and you couldn't ask them questions. It appeared that I was being recorded during the interview.

Entretien
The interview process is very misleading. I had one person reach out to schedule the interview with the regional manager. It was to be over zoom. I logged into the interview and it was a group call about the company and not with the person I was told would be interviewing me. I quickly lost trust with the company as nothing of sorts was communicated and I was not speaking with whom I was told. They have since continued to call and ask I interview again. I don't need a presentation on your company.
