I was interviewed by 2 project managers. They asked me questions about my career experience in construction. They liked the fact that my background in engineering match with the job responsibilities and also ability to speak spanish since they have a lot of iron workers non-english speakers. They scheduled a second interview with the president and that also went well. I think I got the job because of my bilingual skills and education background.
