I applied on Linkedin and I got contacted few hours later. A call got scheduled with a HR person in the US and they couldn't call me because of a technical issue (probably the worst excuse coming from a global tech company). When I was able to call them, I got asked some weird pre-fabricated questions that probably dont have any relevance for the role. I wanted to know more about the company but the person interviewing me had no clue about the job requirements, the office where it is based...or anything else really. After the phone interview ended, then they sent me an email with benefits and employee package...from the US so completely irrelevant! I asked if they had anything similar for the UK...and radio silence. Until few days ago I got a rejection note, not surprising.
It was truly the worst interview/screener I've ever experienced by someone who was clearly not competent enough. So weird and disconnected that I went back to the job description to see if the job was not actually located in London, Ontario!
