It was a quick process having 4 interview rounds. 1 Telephonic ,2 skype and 1 HR round.
first telephonic round was around technical skills plus personal details. 2nd round was more into technical skills and technologies used with more depth discussions. It was quite tough being completely technology oriented. 3rd round was managerial round where on job projects were discussed. Given some scenarios and manager tries to understand the approach how you will handle such situations.

Entretien
I got ghosted after the first round of interview was scheduled. The invite came for the interview, I accepted and was prepared for the interview to happen. No one joined the call, neither the HR nor anyone from the panel, was in the call for 10 mins. Replied to the HR, ghosted. No reply whatsoever from them. Just a waste of time.
The interview process consisted of three rounds, including one client interview. The discussions focused mainly on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Overall, the experience was structured and straightforward, with questions based on practical backend development scenarios.
