I applied online via Linkedin and received a call from a recruiter at Digital LLC. They told me the role was for Global Logic and would have 2 interviews. The first was a basic 20 minute interview where the Global Logic representative would give details on the role and ask I was comfortable with doing those tasks including writing, editing, proorfreading, and being okay with change as projects change often. I told them about my previous experience and they asked a lot about personality and how the job would fit into my long term career goals. The 2nd interview was 2 days later and it was a short 15 minute technical test. There a different employee from the 1st interview had me share my Google meet video screen to share an email file on Google Sheets that he sent to me for the test. He also asked that my Grammarly or any other writing correction tool was disabled before the test. I then had to send him a screenshot of the screen for verification purposes as reply to the email he sent with the Google Sheets link. Then I had to follow the basic instructions in the document to edit the file which included the sample paragraph. I had to find the error and correct them with a red text. Then write a brief synopsis of the content they provided in my own words.
