The interview process followed by Global Logic India is quite satisfying, in the sense, it was thorough and make you feel like you have earned your credibility to work for a prestigious organization. I had about 6 rounds of interview/discussion out of which 2 were technical in nature (although I wasn't asked to write code or solve any problem, as i was applying for a senior role, but I would have expected to be judged on my coding skills, but both rounds were around solution architecture, tooling, leading teams etc.), and the third round was managerial, which was also a casual discussion with some situation handling qns, and then fourth being a psychometric round, which IMO was the toughest and most irrelevant as the test fails candidate who didn't score the minimum benchmark score set by the company for a particular role, I feel this need not be so abstract and one can never really prepare for this. The next two rounds were HR manager and director, and one was thorough (asked about many what-if and what-do-you-d0 type of questions) but casual in nature (mostly non-technical but about soft skills, leadership, people management, vision related etc.) and last HR round was the actual salary discussion round and a lot of company insights are provided. It was rewarding and good experience. The hiring manager was also very helpful and guided all through these steps. Hope to have a good onboarding and work nature on joining. Finger's crossed.
