First of all, I will start with the recruiter. He is one of worst recruiter I have ever talked to. He will talk to you in a very friendly way and will force you to provide him some interview dates because these recruiters do not understand the candidates situation. Even when I was not prepared, he forced me to appear for the interview. So I gave the interview and by gods grace I made through that round. Then I had another round with the manager and that interview was cancelled 30 mins before the scheduled time and he never told me the reason. I kept chasing him over the emails and phone calls but he completely ignored them. If you are here in Bay Area California and this chap calls you beware. He is not at all professional. Coming to the interviewer, the interviewer was novice I believe, they had a particular answer in mind which they wanted me to come up with. I gave them a different solution which was as good as theirs. And if they wanted me to come up with their answer, they should have navigated me in their direction of thought process. I have given so many interviews and a good interviewer will always take you in the right direction. Hence, I believe if you are US please never work for these consultancies until you don't have any choice.
