Entretien
I received the call from the HR Team in the month of Feb 2021,After which I went through 3 rounds of interviews (2 technical +1 managerial round).After many follow up,I was informed that I have cleared my interview rounds, but the management is confused in concluding to offer due to notice period of 2 Months( that was the first point of discussion before applying) and my profile was put on hold and HR did not had the courtsey to update the next steps. After approx 50 days,I received the the call from AM HR,asking if I was still interested and asked my salary slips and expectations. She scheduled my call with the client.The interviews went very good and I was very optimistic on the selection. When I asked for my feedback, HR replied in a very confused manner and she told I have been selected but the management is still not sure and want to go ahead with other interviews with a Team member. On the next day when I was actually waiting for the call,30 minutes earlier HR canceled the call saying that panel is not available and since then I am waiting for that round.
Moral of the story is: HR and the management is not clear on their requirements nor on their wordings. My point here is if you guys are not sure about the position,atleast be transparent with the candidates,.It takes lot of hardwork/ time for interviews. Atleast have some professionalism.

Questions were very pertinent to the need.Interview rounds were very good on the automation and core Java side.Really enjoyed with interview rounds but got frustrated with the lack of transparency in hiring process.
Good good good good, very transparent process. Little difficult to crack,, There are multiple rounds of interview, one by one you need to crack it. . . . . .
