Written, over the phone and personal at the site. Took a tour of the facilities and had a good conversation with the manager. They were pleased with my knowledge and experience and wanted to hire me on the spot.

The hiring manager setup a phone interview, she called and asked a few basic questions. There were probably at most 10 questions and they were all easy, no curve balls. That was pretty much it. It was the easiest interview I've ever had. She was very easy going and was able to joke with.
